  • Guarantee the timely supply of quality medicines.
  • Carry out, through standardized procedures, the dispensing of our patients efficiently and safely.
  • Implement measures to guarantee the correct administration of medications, as well as maintain an active pharmacovigilance system for the detection, recording, and analysis of adverse events associated with medications.

    • Médica “La Luz” has the task to support the clinical-surgical activity of the hospital, adding value to the care process for our patients, through specialized pharmaceutical care, research into the use of medicines, and the training of our human resources.
